In just two words, it effectively distills the attitude that all any of us need to do to achieve the results that obnoxious Instagram captions and monetized Twitter threads dream of milking dry for internet clout. 

Indeed, in those times when we do not feel all that motivated, existence can seem like an endless cycle of just needing to lock in, but continually missing the drive to do any locking whatsoever. This can feel demoralizing, but it does give you an excuse to procrastinate, and memes are here to fuel that procrastination session.
